④STEP 4. Please select the Contact support.

⑤STEP 5. Please input the reason for the cancellation.

　I am Japanese and can't speak English.　Please help me to cancel my account.
　My canceling reason: GDI don't have good Japanese support that is difficult to do.

⑥STEP 6. The response-email from "WS-Support'' is sent.
